Overview - Basic

Cath'thir is a online turn based light strategy game for 2-90 human players with single master server. Each human player has his own nation to rule. Cath'thir consists of a user client program and an independent server program. The user client program is for the users (players). The client program allows the users to give orders for the game and send messages to the other players.

Cath'thir has three (3) differend mods, fantasy, japan and westfalen mods. Each mod is different from each others.

Single player game

Even the game is based on multiplay gaming with single master server, it also includes single player game for the players that wants to play single player games or just practice the game for real multiplay games.

Multiplayer games

Multiplayer games are played with Japan mod in the beginning, it will be open for all player. Japan mod games will have a 'secret mission' and the mod has eight (8) players.

Later on, There will be westfalen mod games for veteran players. This doesn't mean veterans can join veteran games all a time. It does mean, when player scores points to hall of fame in japan mod game, he will get one (1) veteran point and this means, that player can join veteran game once. If player wants play in two (2) veteran games, he must score points to hall of fame in twice (2) in normal japan mod games.

This should provide that veteran games will have all good players without any quiters and every game should have a good quality. Westfalen mod is for 20 human players.

Veteran games are without secret mission.
