Here is some basic problems that players can have...
I don't receive my username and password
Usually it means that you are just given wrong email address during registering. Sometimes emailing can be slow, and receiving email can take even 6 hours if there is weird things going in internet.
But usually you should receive email in two minutes.
I have difficulties to get gamefiles for multi player games
Sometimes using p2p softwares may cause packet loss. Stop using p2p softwares during downloading game files if you have problems like this.
Cath'thir client crashes when starting a client
If you have very ancient graphics card as voodoo graphics card, Cath'thir doesn't support them.
Another solution is to download latest graphic card drivers. (usually this works)
d3d9.dll is missing
It means you don't have dirext9 installed, please get directx9 by windows update.
